要旨：大阪湾の表層堆積物を対象に、水生プランクトンなどの微化石（パリノモルフ）の分布調査が行われました。これらの多くは琵琶湖から淀川を通じて流入したもので、主に河口付近に集中して見られました。調査では、微化石の分布と水質や地形などの環境要因との関係性も分析されましたが、湾内の複雑な海洋環境では、生物的・物理的要因が重なり合って分布に影響していることが分かりました。今後の環境モニタリングや赤潮のリスク評価にも活用が期待されます。
